Hosting and Support

When it comes to keeping your site online, you'll want to make sure your hosting package is custom built from the ground up to suit your needs.

We don't offer fixed hosting features like some other companies, because your site's requirements are as unique as your business itself.

Some providers offer giant amounts of bandwidth, or hosting 'space', for sites that are low-traffic or only have a small footprint.

We differ in that we'll set up your hosting package, based entirely on your requirements... saving you money.

If your site's only 12 meg, then we'll lease you that 12 meg. If your site's used by thousands of people each day we'll give you a larger bandwidth quota.

Additionally all of our hosting comes with unlimited email accounts... free migration (for our friends who already have web hosting or domains elsewhere) and free monthly backups to our network in Birkenhead, just in case anything goes wrong.

Ongoing Maintenance

We've learned from experience that not everyone likes having to deal with content management systems... and we've definately realised by now that many people aren't comfortable writing HTML.

In the past we've always offered training, to help overcome these barriers, and whilst that service is still available, we're now offering fully managed web hosting.

What's that then?

In brief, we'll arrange to maintain your site on your behalf. Content changes, news posts, photo gallery uploads, new products, new gigs... anything at all really within the framework of your site that needs changing, we'll do it.

Plus we'll guarantee a 24 hour turnaround on all changes that are emailled to us, or rang in to our office during regular working hours.
