Terms, conditions and suchlike.

The process:

After an initial concept and budget have been agreed, D3 require that a project sign-off be completed, (including deadlines for client copy, and a finalized 'live-date') and a deposit of 25% of the agreed budget paid. This helps cover us through the initial costs of the design work (purchasing stock, materials, etc) and is non-refundable.

It is very important that if you're providing content (copy, images, logos etc), these are provided in a timely fashion (as stated in the project sign-off). Otherwise delays might occur in getting your project completed. In extreme cases (if content hasn't been provided one month from the deadline), the final project will be completed with dummy/filler content and invoiced.

Images, logos and copy:

If you're providing images, logos or copy, it is your responsibility to ensure that this content is cleared with whoever owns the copyright before you submit it to d3. D3 can take no responsibility for any breach of copyright resulting from client-sourced materials.

Similarly d3 will never knowingly incorporate copyrighted material without getting explicit permissions from the copyright holder.

Copyright and Limitations:

All work created on your behalf by d3 media will be licensed to you for use across any platform you desire. D3 reserves the right to utilize images and examples from any work produced for self-promotion.
